Common Errors and Things to Watch Out For

1. Feet must always be kept flat on the ground
    Students must not have peers holding their feet to the ground

 

2. Sit up needs to be completed in a controlled motion
    Do not use the arms for momentum

 

3. Do not pull the head forward using the arms

    Keep the elbows wide, pointing outwards, when placed behind the head.

 

4. Be careful when passing weights to students in level 6 and 7, pass from behind not over their face
