Equipment:

  • 2.5kg weight

  • 5kg weight

     

Procedure:

  1. The participant lies on their back, positioning their knees at right angles and keeping their feet flat on the floor

  2. Participant attempts to complete a sit up, progressing through the levels in the following diagram, ensuring their feet do not leave the floor
